We ship daily to all of the Canary Islands, mainland Spain, and the rest of Europe.
- You can change the delivery address of your order free of charge as long as it doesn't leave our facilities. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email.
- Once the order leaves our facilities and is sent to the delivery address you requested, it cannot be changed. You must request the shipping company to reship the package to the new address. This will incur an additional cost to be paid by the customer. This additional cost is €4.95.
- The transport company in charge of shipments is Correos .
- We do not ship to PO boxes. All packages must be received and signed for by someone.
- When your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and the phone number of the office responsible for delivery.
- If no one is present when the courier delivers your package, they will contact you by phone to arrange a new delivery. It's important that the phone number you provide when placing your order is correct and operational.
- Deliveries to the Canary Islands:
- Standard - 2/5 business days and shipping costs are €3.80.
- Express - 48 hours and shipping costs are €5.00.
